Key Responsibilities\n

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics through clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans based on individual and family needs, which may include therapeutic interventions for issues such as grief, conflict resolution, and trauma.

• Providing couples therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication and resolving interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitating individual therapy for family members to promote their emotional health and address personal challenges.

• Tracking client progress through regular assessments and adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Your clients will include couples, families, and individuals facing a variety of challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
