This role involves managing outsourced CFO support, financial reporting, and accounting operations for diverse clients. Collaborate with clients to strengthen financial infrastructure, improve reporting visibility, and support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth. Act as a primary liaison to clients, auditors, administrators, and other service providers. Provide hands-on execution combined with advisory support to scale financial and operational capabilities. Oversee financial reporting processes including general ledger activity, reconciliations, and reporting packages. Review NAV calculations, capital accounts, management company accounting, and related financial reporting. Provide financial leadership support including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling. Serve as a primary liaison to clients, auditors, administrators, and other professional service providers. Support clients in strengthening financial infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and operational processes. Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring technical accuracy and professional development. Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting operational transitions effectively.Hedge Fund Accounting Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or financial management; 8 years preferred. Strong expertise in financial reporting, NAV calculations, and capital account management. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively. Experience with investment management accounting and operational processes is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reporting standards is advantageous.
