Meat & Seafood Manager (Saratoga)

Position Overview This hands-on leadership role is responsible for all Meat & Seafood operations, including product quality, merchandising, ordering, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll ensure fresh, high-quality product while maintaining strong sales and efficient department performance. You’ll also lead and develop your team through hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management, building a culture of accountability and excellence. Location 3065 Route 50, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 Job Type Department Manager Schedule Full-Time, evenings, weekends, and holidays required Pay $25-26.81/hour (previous experience taken into consideration) and become a key leader in a team where growth, excellence, and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. Requirements Experience 2+ years of retail meat/seafood experience 2+ years of management, or progressive supervisory experience Strong knowledge of meat cuts, breaking down primal cuts of meat, and knife skills Understanding of health & sanitation standards Ability to order effectively and manage inventory systems Leadership and communication skills to build a productive, motivated team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed Familiarity with local sourcing and sustainable food practices is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Meat & Seafood department #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthy Living
