Inside Sales Representative
Soiftware for Pet Groomers: A boutique software for boutique pet care business.
Barkley HQ is looking for a dynamic, part-time Growth Representative to drive user acquisition and expand our footprint in the pet grooming industry. You will own the entire sales journey—from conducting cold outreach and actioning inbound leads, to nurturing, delivering persuasive product demos, and successfully converting prospects into active 14-day free trial users. You will then hand off qualified trial users to our Customer Support team for seamless onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Outbound & Inbound Cultivation:** Perform proactive cold outreach to generate new prospects while immediately actioning incoming leads.
* **Multi-Channel Engagement:** Execute multi-channel outreach strategies—including phone calls, personalized text messaging, and email workflows—to connect with and educate prospective clients.
* **Pipeline & CRM Management:** Maintain active contact with leads throughout the sales funnel and keep the CRM strictly up to date with exactly where all leads and deals are in their respective stages.
* **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct consultative, tailored product demos that highlight how Barkley HQ streamlines daily operations, booking, and client management for pet care professionals.
* **Trial Conversion:** Drive prospects across the finish line by activating their 14-day free trial and setting clear expectations for their trial experience.
* **Pricing Negotiations:** Lead commercial and pricing negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with prospective clients.
* **Support Handoff:** Coordinate directly with the Customer Support team, passing critical customer insights and setup requirements to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
**Qualifications**
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
* **Bonus:** Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
* 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or small business solutions.
* Strong track record of executing multi-channel sales outreach (phone, SMS, email) and cold calling.
* Excellent presentation and active listening skills with a knack for running engaging web demos.
* Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using modern CRM tools.
* Goal-driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in closing deals.
