Sr. Benefits Analyst

Position Summary Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst for a full‑time, 8‑hour day shift position located onsite in Roseville, CA. The role administers benefits, wellness, rewards, and recognition programs, and collaborates with organizational leaders to align benefits strategy with company values. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of benefits, rewards, and recognition programs, policies, and procedures within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. Partner with Strategy & Talent COE to develop and deliver ongoing training related to benefits and wellness programs for operational and regional HR staff. Identify systems, technology, and vendors needed to administer benefits and wellness programs, and monitor their usage, effectiveness, and compliance. Provide subject‑matter expertise, advice, and guidance for complex benefit inquiries (Tier 3), using benchmarking to establish best practices. Collaborate with regional and facility departments to develop specific benefits, wellness, rewards, and recognition programs. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Technical Degree, or equivalent combination of education and related experience (required). Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Five years of relevant experience (preferred). Proven success leading benefits system implementations, integrations, and process optimization within enterprise HCM platforms, with strong preference for Oracle experience. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects involving HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendor partners to drive operational excellence and business outcomes (preferred). Expertise in benefits data analytics, financial analysis, reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance (preferred).
