About The Role Support the Sales Manager in motivating and coaching the sales team. Conduct live call monitoring and provide performance feedback. Reinforce best practices during team huddles and meetings. Track KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership. Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining floor coverage.
