Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged operators, leaders and support staff focused on operational efficient, high‑quality care driving the consumer experience. Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve the overall performance metrics and financial performance. Utilize data‑driven approaches to allocate resources and elevate operational performance, Clinical Medical Information (CMI), staffing needs and benchmark data. Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience. Develop professional communication and information for the hospital’s top operations leader What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
