Receptionist Pay: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Farmington Hills, MI (On-Site) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join their growing team. As the first point of contact for the office, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees, customers, business partners, and visitors while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Provide administrative support to office staff and management. Assist customers and business partners with general inquiries. Maintain an organized reception area and office records. Perform data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative duties. Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to support daily operations. Assist with special projects and additional office responsibilities as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
