Lead Data Developer

To support the advancement of data solutions in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Lead Data Developer will design and implement enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial outcomes while acting as a technical owner and delivery lead. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical owner for initiatives, accountable for architecture, design quality, and delivery outcomes Design and implement scalable hybrid and cloud-first data architectures, leading the transformation of on-premises platforms to cloud solutions Architect and develop enterprise data pipelines and platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform development, or related disciplines Proven experience serving as a technical lead for complex initiatives and leading cross-functional teams without formal authority Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML capabilities in data platforms or products Experience supporting or leading cloud transformation initiatives and implementing data security controls for regulated environments
