Work Environment

Your role will primarily focus on delivering care directly in patients' homes, allowing for a personal approach tailored to their specific environments. This onsite setting fosters a strong relationship between therapists and patients, facilitating accurate assessments and effective treatment delivery. Our team schedules appointments from Monday to Friday, typically operating between 9 am and 5 pm, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and overall functional status to understand their unique challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the application of electrical stimulation or heat and cold treatments.
• Administer customized hands-on therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and restore function to affected areas.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention strategies, and exercises to reinforce treatment objectives.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records that adhere to state and federal regulations, documenting treatment outcomes and ongoing assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
