Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, and restoring function following orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modality applications to meet individual patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment sessions, and adjust care plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members about therapeutic exercises, proper posture, and safe movement strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care and maintain open lines of communication regarding treatment progress and adjustments.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements through ongoing education, workshops, and participation in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be providing care to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse clientele ranges from young athletes to elderly individuals, allowing for a dynamic and rewarding work experience as you guide each patient through their unique recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A passion for delivering high-quality patient care underpinned by empathy and understanding.
• Ability to adapt to various situations and adjust treatment approaches based on individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with advanced rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and their applications for patient mobility and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your physical and financial health.
