Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art outpatient office equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and technology. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance and a supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical limitations and functional status through various examination techniques and assessments.
• Plan of Care Development: Create tailored rehabilitation plans to address patients' unique needs, clearly establishing measurable goals that take into account their age, medical history, and specific orthopedic conditions.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and communicating key findings and concerns to supervisors and interdisciplinary team members.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity and understanding to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work alongside other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic patient care; assist with scheduling appointments and ensuring proper workflow.
• Facility Maintenance: Uphold a clean and safe work environment by maintaining equipment and work areas, adhering to infection control practices, and abiding by the company's code of conduct and compliance agreements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals with chronic orthopedic conditions, and post-operative patients seeking rehabilitation. We focus on restoring mobility, enhancing strength, and improving the overall quality of life for each patient, emphasizing individualized care that considers comorbidities and specific circumstances.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing in the State of California.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills adhering to legal and payer requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a trusting relationship with patients and families.
• Flexibility to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement evidence-based exercise programs tailored to varying patient abilities.
• Experience working with advanced modalities and rehabilitation technology.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary structure, our benefits package includes:
