Work Environment

Our facility boasts a modern design equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and a range of therapeutic modalities, offering an optimal setting for patient care. You will work onsite during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address the goals and needs of each patient, developing customized treatment plans.
• Maintain an efficient patient caseload, ideally accommodating one patient per hour to ensure personalized, focused care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques alongside exercise prescription to enhance patient outcomes effectively.
• Implement cost-effective treatment modalities that prioritize non-surgical interventions and minimize reliance on medications.
• Design and oversee specialized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' individual rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient care services meticulously to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation process to maximize their functional capabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize treatment plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions regularly, making adjustments as needed to enhance progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic conditions impacting mobility. Our practice is dedicated to empowering individuals by improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical function. Your work will directly influence their rehabilitation, helping them reclaim their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California is mandatory, with no recorded disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise design are essential.
• Competency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, notably WebPT, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various rehabilitation methodologies and practices that can benefit patient rehabilitation.
• Experience in developing and implementing community wellness initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
