Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess and address the individual goals and needs of each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, allowing for focused attention and tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize previous experience in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Provide cost-effective treatments aimed at improving clients' motion while minimizing reliance on medications, exploring non-surgical alternatives when appropriate.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs based on thorough assessments of each patient's specific requirements and goals.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to promote improved patient outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients during their treatment sessions to optimize their functional capabilities.
• Promote healthy lifestyles through initiatives aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, facilitating integrated care plans and communication.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effects, monitor patient progress, and maintain thorough documentation of services provided for optimal patient care management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients we serve primarily consist of individuals covered by private medical insurance, which allows for a diverse range of cases typically focusing on orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• Holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in California with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrates strong manual therapy skills and a proven ability in developing effective exercise routines tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software such as WebPT for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within a rehabilitation context.

Compensation and Benefits

The chosen candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
