Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite at our advanced rehabilitation center, which fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while you engage with patients in a dynamic setting focused on recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to establish their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, carefully selecting techniques that best suit each individual's needs.
• Administer cost-effective therapy sessions aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, flexibility, and overall physical performance.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure quality care.
• Minimize reliance on medication by recommending and applying non-invasive treatment options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to motivate and encourage patients during their recovery, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic care to patients.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document services provided.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals who have private medical insurance, focusing heavily on orthopedic conditions. Our patients come to us seeking to regain strength, mobility, and independence, often after injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Your commitment to patient care will directly influence their recovery journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise programs for diverse patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to enhance patient management and documentation efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing individualized treatment and wellness programs.
• Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation trends and techniques that enhance patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a full benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
