Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our modern rehabilitation center located in the vibrant city of Sacramento. Our facility is designed to cater to the specific needs of orthopedic patients, offering access to advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques. You will typically engage with patients in a one-on-one setting, allowing you to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine individual needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques, enhancing the efficacy of rehabilitation.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility, functional capabilities, and overall quality of life while minimizing the reliance on medications by proposing non-surgical alternatives.
• Administer therapies that focus on restoring range of motion and strength through a customized approach that respects each patient's unique physical condition.
• Design and promote tailored fitness and wellness programs to motivate patients towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, empowering them through encouragement and education about their treatment processes.
• Collaborate with other health care providers, managing patient care through comprehensive consultations and shared treatment strategies.
• Document patient interactions comprehensively using EMR software such as WebPT to ensure accurate records and ongoing assessment of treatment efficacy.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of patients with orthopedic conditions. Many patients will come to us with private medical insurance and require dedicated rehabilitation services. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current license and registration as a Physical Therapist in California, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.

• Experience using EMR software such as WebPT for efficient management of patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Effective communication skills that foster a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually .
