The Role:

The transition from a component supplier to a premium system solution brand requires a radical evolution in visual identity.

We are seeking a Global Creative Director to lead the overarching creative vision and strategy for both the Cooler Master Components (CMC) and Technology (CMT) business units. We are actively looking outside the traditional PC hardware echo chamber—seeking visionary leadership from luxury, automotive, or premium consumer electronics—to inject a differentiated, high-end perspective into our brand.

You will architect a global creative infrastructure, build the internal teams and manage the external agencies necessary to elevate our visual narrative on a worldwide scale.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Elevate the Paradigm: Completely overhaul the brand's visual identity, shifting the narrative from standard component marketing to the sleek, premium storytelling expected of elite system solutions and tech lifestyle brands.
• Architect Global Infrastructure: Build, structure, and scale a global creative team. Establish the workflows, approval pipelines, and operational cadences required to synchronize internal creatives with Tier-1 external production agencies.
• Unify the Brand: Serve as the creative bridge between CMC and CMT, ensuring that everything from a localized thermal paste campaign to a global liquid-cooled workstation launch shares a cohesive, premium aesthetic.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with executive leadership and Product Marketing to ensure that bold creative concepts accurately reflect our core engineering truths and thermodynamic authority. How to Succeed in This Role
• Translate Prestige to Performance: You must possess the unique ability to apply premium brand prestige to highly technical engineering products without losing the respect of the core enthusiast community.
• Navigate Global Production Friction: You excel at managing the friction between aggressive internal marketing schedules and the complex realities of multi-market budgets, international shoots, and agency negotiations.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ years of creative leadership experience as a Creative Director or Executive Creative Director, with a proven track record of managing global teams and multi-million dollar agency retainers.
• Industry: Experience in luxury brands, automotive, premium consumer electronics, or high-end lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Expertise: Deep portfolio demonstrating brand transformation, global campaign execution, and the establishment of scalable creative operations.
