Role
Associate Director of Biostatistics within the Medical Analytics and Exploratory Data Science group, focusing on design, analysis, and interpretation of exploratory data, real-world evidence, post-marketing research, and HEOR studies in oncology.
Responsibilities
lead statistical analyses using clinical trial data and real-world studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, medical, safety, regulatory, commercial), apply advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., survival analysis, causal inference, machine learning), develop analysis plans, review statistical deliverables, and contribute to scientific publications.
Requirements
Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics/Biostatistics, minimum 5 years (Ph.D.) or 8 years (M.S.) biostatistics experience in biotech/pharma, expertise in oncology-specific statistical methods, proficiency in SAS/R, strong communication, and project management skills.
Preferred
knowledge of RWD, HEOR, and advanced modeling approaches.
