Work Environment\n

This position is a remote opportunity, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected with a supportive team dedicated to mental health. You will have the flexibility to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within standard operating hours from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments by interviewing and gathering information on their social, personal, environmental, and health-related backgrounds.

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health issues within your scope of practice, working towards effective treatment plans.

• Design and coordinate wellness programs and therapeutic activities tailored to enhance clients' social and emotional health.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional case interventions, including crisis management and referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships built on trust, acceptance, and mutual respect with all clients.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust approaches as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and outcomes in accordance with clinic protocol.

• Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely and comprehensive service delivery.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic healing strategies.
