Minimum education, training, and experience Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must have prior relevant experience (minimum one year) of working in a similar field, and/or combination of experience, skills, and competencies that is equivalent. Must have a minimum one year experience in a management or supervisory role. Equipment regularly used Computer Telephone Fax Machine Personal vehicle / Company vehicle Licenses or certifications required Valid North Carolina Driver’s license which is clear of violation reflecting a poor driving record. Personal vehicle insurance is required. Special knowledge, skill, physical requirements, or other factors Some knowledge of DD/MD/SAS populations Ability to deal patiently and fairly with staff, consumers, families, and others Ability to maintain effective and efficient working relationships and present an atmosphere of teamwork Consistently aware of health and safety needs for all staff and consumers Demonstrate good oral, written, and documentation skills Training/certification in the following #J-18808-Ljbffr Canyon Hills Treatment Facility, LLC
