Job Duties

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items; refer to Menu Descriptions
• Prepare all foods according to established recipe form sheets and menu presentation spec. sheets, ensuring proper portion sizes and plate presentations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with co-workers, working as a team player to satisfy every guest.
• Check schedule and work all assigned shifts, reporting prepared to work at the assigned time.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas; practice Clean-As-You-Go procedures throughout all shifts.
• Maintain a working knowledge of proper equipment operation; refer to Equipment Operation Guide.
• Maintain ability to work all areas of Hotline; assisting other stations and/or co-workers whenever possible.
• Maintain ability and availability to work Banquets or other special dining events.
• Assist with Buffet duties, including set-up, serving, maintaining stock levels, and break-down.
• Perform special duties as assigned.

Requires: One to two years experience in high volume restaurant kitchen. Our hours will increase during the busy holiday season, with opportunities to work 3240 hours per week. Candidates must have flexible availability and be available to work during the holiday season, including weekends and holidays as needed.
