Baci Ristorante & Heart of Oak Pub is a family-owned restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine alongside classic pub favorites in the heart of Bucks County. We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable Full-Time Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing exceptional meals. What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service.
- Ensure every plate is prepared accurately, consistently, and presented with care.
- Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper portioning.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift.
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience is preferred .
- Experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
