Requirements REMATCH and New Candidates Current Needs1-2 CV Anesthesia MDs to cover 1-2 weeks per month plus call and call on weekends. PAWS APPROVAL PERIODS PAWS ID 117603 4/1/2026 - 6/30/2026 PAWS ID 120444 7/1/2026 - 9/30/2026 Duration: 6 months possibly longer until able to backfill MD positions with W2 employees. **Please submit NC licensed candidates.** Does physician need Board Certification: BE or BC Must be TEE certified Average Number of CV cases per day: 10-15 Types of cases: cardiac thoracic and vascular surgery TAVR CABG MitraClip CV Shifts: 10-12 hour shifts Monday-Friday. Call is required. And may need to work weekends Describe the make-up of support staff: 1 MD:3 CRNA or 1 MD:4 CRNA Care Team Model: Yes mainly supervisory but MDs can work their own cases if preferred. Practice EMR: Cerner AIMS Will MSO Grant Temps: Not guaranteed
