Schedule: Day shifts 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; call weeknights 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24 hour weekend call; post call day off for weekday call; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent practice model is referenced with MDs on site
Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability
EMR: Epic

Position Overview

• Hospital based CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases
• Provider must be willing to take call
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (250 case logs each year for the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope

• General
• Endoscopy
• Orthopedics and joint replacement
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• OB and GYN
• ENT
• Radiology with anesthesia

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license
• Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days

Incentives and Selling Points

• Completion bonus: $3,000 (for 12 consecutive full weeks, when applicable)
• 40 hour per week guarantee is noted for full week coverage
