Schedule: Day shifts 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call includes weeknights 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24 hour weekend call. Post call day off is provided for weekday call.

Position Overview

• Hospital based CRNA coverage
• Independent practice model is referenced with MDs onsite
• Mix of OR and OB cases
• Call response time: 30 minutes
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Scope

• General
• Endoscopy
• Orthopedics and joint replacement
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• OB GYN
• ENT
• Radiology with anesthesia
• Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required

Required Qualifications

• CRNA certification
• Active Indiana RN license
• ACLS through AHA
• PALS through AHA
• Enrollment in the Indiana Patient Compensation Fund is required
• Case logs required: 250 per year for each of the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Must be willing to take call

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 61 to 90 days
