Location: IN

Schedule: Per diem dates (as documented); no call; 6-hour daily guarantee (negotiable)

Position Overview

• Provide anesthesia coverage in an ambulatory surgery center setting
• CRNA-only practice model

Clinical Scope Highlights

• Case types include pain management, ENT, orthopedics, endoscopy, and general surgery
• Regional block experience required
• Average 4–6 cases per provider per day; 2 rooms
• Patient ages: 6 months to 100 (healthy)

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license
• Board Certified
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing / Onboarding Items

• Credentialing timeframe: 1–2 weeks (as documented)
