Setting: Hospital coverage with MDs on site and limited supervision (as noted)

Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a broad case mix
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope

• Cardiac
• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy
• General surgery
• Ophthalmology
• Vascular
• OB and GYN (if applicable)
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• Acute pain management
• Trauma

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license
• Indiana Patient Compensation Fund coverage required
• Required certifications as specified by the site
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
