• $3,000 completion bonus for providers who work 12 consecutive full weeks at a location with ongoing needs (per Order notes)

Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage (per Order notes)
• Cases include ortho, endo, podiatry, ENT, and OB. VBACs noted. No high risk OB (per Order notes)
• Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (per Order notes)
• EMR: Epic (per Order notes)

Site Details

• Coverage model noted as 1 MD and 2 CRNAs during the day (per Order notes)
• OR rooms: 3. Endo rooms: 2 (per Order notes)

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana license required to present (per Order notes)
• CRNA certification (per Order notes)
• Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks (per Order notes)
