Remote Fractional Commercial Counsel to Accelerate Revenue

Gofractional

Gofractional is seeking a Commercial Counsel to drive revenue growth by owning the contract lifecycle and enabling sales velocity. This role requires 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracting, particularly B2B SaaS agreements, and a J.D. degree. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Finance while providing actionable legal guidance.
