Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: Base salary $515,000 – $800,000 annually, plus bonuses (sign-on, productivity, relocation, etc.)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT services to a diverse patient base
• Manage approximately 20-30 patients daily in clinic
• Perform surgeries at multiple hospital locations utilizing advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with audiology, allergy, endocrinology, neurosurgery, and other specialties
• Participate in a multidisciplinary care team with APPs and hospitalists
• Take backup call, with APPs covering primary calls
• Contribute to a collaborative, physician-friendly work culture that advocates for work-life balance and wellness
• Educate medical students and residents (optional)

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Experience providing comprehensive ENT care (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
