Job Title

Registered Nurse – PACU

Location

San Francisco, CA | Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | Variable Start Time (8:00 AM–11:00 AM) | On-Call Available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Phase I PACU care for post-operative patients in a high-acuity inpatient setting
• Float between pre-op and PACU as needed to support departmental operations
• Assist with cath lab recovery as required
• Maintain flexibility to orient and work across multiple medical center locations within the system
• Complete required compliance modules during pre-start and annually as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Phase I PACU experience required
• Inpatient experience required
• Cath lab recovery experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
• Experience working across multiple units or facilities within a large health system
