What You'll Do

• Reach out to potential candidates, introducing MLR opportunities and exploring their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to foster interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
• Keep meticulous and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews leading from your leads, and actual hires made

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Be Compensated
