Job Description

Kristof's Entertainment Center in Round Lake Beach, IL is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 421 W Rollins Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

We are specifically looking for people that can work nights and weekends:

Friday - Sunday starting at 6pm and working until 3am.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in preparing their orders
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
