Job Qualifications

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Camp Hill who possesses "a motor"-a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done.

Experience: 2+ years of management experience in fast-casual, full-service, or quick-service restaurants.
Tenure: A history of solid tenure and career progression is required; we are looking for committed leaders, not job hoppers.
Availability: Must have full weekend availability (days and nights) and be comfortable working a 48-50 hour work week.
Soft Skills: Must embody a "Hungry, Humble, and Smart" approach to leadership, prioritizing team building and relationships over strictly operational checklists.
Leadership: Proven track record of developing people and building a bench of future leaders.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager selected for this Camp Hill location will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward while maintaining our high cultural standards

Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train staff to ensure high retention and a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence: assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction are never compromised.
Financial Management: Help manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability while hitting sales bonuses.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in the brand's community involvement initiatives within the local market.
Urgency: Maintain a high level of energy and urgency during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
