Manufacturing Technician

Tech 1 - 0-2 years Tech 2 - 3-5 years 12 Month Contract - long term project opportunity for extension Shift: 6AM - 230PM PST M-F Key responsibilities include: Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly and system integration of robotic modules (joints, sensors, control units, cable harnesses) Follow detailed work instructions and engineering documentation to build and validate components Conduct functional, electrical, and diagnostic testing using tools like multimeters, torque equipment, and software-based systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues (alignment, sensor faults, calibration deviations) Work within a structured production environment while meeting daily build targets and quality standards Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GMP/GDP, ESD, and clean manufacturing protocols Accurately document builds, inspections, and test results in MES/ERP systems Perform in-process inspections and support quality verification activities Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve production challenges Contribute to continuous improvement and support NPI/pilot builds Assist in training and guiding junior technicians Maintain multi-module proficiency across robotic systems EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
