Trust Operations Specialist

Temporary opportunity with possibility of extension based on attendance/performance and opportunity for conversion based on availability of an FTE opening. Job Summary This person will be providing basic administrative support to Trust Operations team. Job Duties Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing i.e. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing Work Schedule 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday Skills 1-3 years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information Strong attention to detail Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry) Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel) Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Education High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
