NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Ability to accurately data entry and verify information
- Strong operational support skills with experience in a corporate environment
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Support understanding of compliance and procedural standards
Top Non-negotiable Skills
- High School diploma
- Strong data entry skills
- Prior experience in operations support within a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data entry into company systems and ensure information accuracy
- Follow established operational processes and adjust settings as needed
- Use office software for formatting routine reports and documents
- Maintain files and records in compliance with standards
- Communicate courteously to ensure a positive experience for internal clients
- Confirm compliance with internal and external standards
- Support data management tasks as directed
- Follow mandated procedures to meet quality and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain technical and procedural skills through ongoing training
