Growing property management company seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to support daily operations across multifamily and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
Coordinate vendors and ensure quality work
Assist with admin tasks, reporting, and client communication
Support move-ins/outs, tours, and field operations
Track work orders and ensure timely completion
Respond to urgent issues and provide updates
Serve as point of contact for tenants and clients

Qualifications

5+ years property management experience (operations required)
Multifamily/commercial experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in property management software & Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Florida Real Estate License a plus
