We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support / Data Entry Associate to support daily business operations through accurate data entry, records management, reporting, and administrative support activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within established processes and procedures in a hybrid office environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support / Data Entry Associate to support daily business operations through accurate data entry, records management, reporting, and administrative support activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within established processes and procedures in a hybrid office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems and review information to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Support operational processes by following established procedures and workflows
- Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized and accessible manner
- Prepare and format routine reports, letters, memoranda, and other business documents using standard office software
- Provide courteous and professional support to internal clients and business partners
- Assist with basic data management, reporting, and compliance-related activities
- Review routine inquiries for compliance with company standards and protocols
- Support business operations while adhering to quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain and improve technical and procedural knowledge
- Assist with planning, prioritizing, and organizing operational tasks to meet business objectives
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong data entry and administrative support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze basic data trends and assist with reporting activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established processes and procedures
- Customer service mindset with professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
