Regional Sales Manager

**This position requires extensive travel within the assigned territory.** Are you a sales leader who gets just as much satisfaction from developing great salespeople as you do from closing the deal yourself? Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a sales team across the South Texas market . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong teams, coach sales professionals, develop markets, and drive measurable growth. You’ll work closely with company ownership while leading a team selling high-quality products and solutions across a diverse range of industries. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve both individual and company goals Monitor performance, identify gaps, and provide ongoing coaching and development Partner with recruiting to identify and attract future sales talent Develop relationships with key accounts throughout the region Identify opportunities to expand within existing markets and penetrate new ones Work directly with ownership on annual sales plans, budgets, and growth strategies Bring market intelligence, ideas, and recommendations to the leadership team What We’re Looking For 5+ years of relevant sales experience 3+ years of sales leadership experience Demonstrated success developing and leading salespeople Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Four-year degree or equivalent experience Willingness to travel approximately 50% The Person Who Will Thrive Here You’re not interested in managing from the sidelines.
