Total Rewards Manager: Strategy, Pay & Benefits

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s compensation and employee benefits programs. You will design, administer, and continuously improve total rewards practices aligned with RRMC’s Employer of Choice strategy. The role partners with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external benefit consultants to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and fiscally responsible in a complex #J-18808-Ljbffr
