Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime: Available based on production needs

Openwork is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Denton to hire Assembly Operators for their second-shift team. With more than 70 years of industry experience, our client is known for producing quality products and providing employees with a stable, team-oriented work environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden reels using pre-cut components.
- Operate hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.
- Weigh, label, and tag finished products.
- Apply grease and protective materials as required.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
