Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will manage a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, software renewals, training coordination, and reporting. The role is essential for maintaining organized and accurate financial records and supporting day-to day- business operations.
Process and enter accounts payable and receivable transactions
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments, and account balances
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable, and employees files
Software renewals-Monthly/Annual
Training Coordinator Qualifications:
Proficiency in Quickbooks for Desktop, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Great organizational and time management skills
Willing to take the initiative during down time to cross train in other areas
Employment Type: Full Time
Years Experience: 5 - 10 years
Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 Annual
