HR Manager

- Partner with executive leadership to support workforce planning and business strategy
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on workplace issues
- Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing employee support
- Manage HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring accurate employee records and payroll coordination
- Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, disability programs, and return-to-work initiatives
- Analyze HR data (headcount, overtime, compensation) to support leadership decision-making
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Support safety, compliance training, and cross-functional operational projects
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise; requires regular movement (standing/walking), occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), and interaction with production equipment, with flexibility for occasional travel or extended hours.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR Manager:
- Proven HR Manager or senior HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance operational and strategic responsibilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, production-focused environment
- Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 base
- On-site role in Merrimack County, NH
