RN Clinical Supervisor - Home Health Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000+ $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential
Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This unique role blends clinical expertise with administrative leadership, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career path.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge
- Manage care delivery and supervise personnel
- Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations
- Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives
- Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (in applicable state)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
