A high-growth technology company is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to help scale its accounting function and bring key accounting operations in-house. This is an opportunity to take ownership of core accounting processes, build scalable infrastructure, and lead the revenue recognition process as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of accounting functions in-house, strengthening internal processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Manage the month-end close, general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the revenue recognition process, ensuring accurate and timely accounting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Develop and implement scalable accounting policies, procedures, and workflows to support continued growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations on revenue-related accounting matters.
• Support audits, technical accounting assessments, and ongoing process improvements.
• Build and develop the accounting function as the company expands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including technology or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition, including ASC 606.
• Experience managing month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, build infrastructure, and scale accounting operations in a high-growth environment. xhyhwjd
