Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (3x12-Hour Shifts) | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• May be required to float to other units serving the same patient population based on operational needs
• Participate in rotating holiday coverage, working at minimum every other holiday
• Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry (travel experience may substitute for recent MS/Tele experience)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of permanent experience within a single facility location in the applying specialty
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
