Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse opportunity located in Neptune, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans of care for postpartum patients. The position emphasizes postpartum nursing rather than labor and delivery, with responsibilities including performing therapeutic interventions, managing patient care, and documenting according to standards and priorities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3x12 shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS from AHA, ACLS, NRP; NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; ASN degree required, BSN preferred; minimum 3+ years of Mother baby experience; experience in Labor and Delivery, Operating Room, Postpartum, or Antepartum; soft skills include newborn care.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN degree; additional certifications or experiences as specified.
• Additional Information: The position focuses on postpartum nursing, with duties including assessing, managing, and documenting patient care, advocating for evidence-based practices, and supporting the patient's needs throughout postpartum care.
