As a Junior Brand Designer, you'll help create the high-volume marketing campaigns that power automotive retail brands across the country. From eye-catching vehicle offers to promotional campaigns, you'll produce creative that reaches customers across multiple stores and regions while ensuring every piece is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time. Working within established templates and brand guidelines, you'll build your skills in design execution, creative consistency, and efficient project delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment where every project helps you grow. You won't be expected to figure it all out on your own. You'll receive structured training, ongoing feedback, and support from a collaborative team invested in your success. Reporting to a Creative Services Manager, you'll work alongside a close-knit group of Brand Designers, learning from experienced teammates while building a strong foundation for your creative career. Location: Medford or Portland, OR (on-site) Compensation Range: $19.25-24.05/hr, with a typical starting at $22.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Produce monthly vehicle offer and promotional creative for use across digital and retail marketing channels Execute within established brand standards, templates, and creative systems Apply feedback efficiently and iterate on designs as needed Collaborate with teammates to complete assigned work Design sales event creative that is scalable for use across multiple stores Prepare vehicle images for ads by removing backgrounds Learn to build and send emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Prepare and organize final files for delivery using established naming and storage conventions What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (equivalent portfolio experience also considered) Portfolio showing design work relevant to business marketing and/or branding Proficiency using a macOS computer and Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of core design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, alignment, and balance Familiarity with brand guidelines, style guides, or brand kit development Ability to manage recurring, high-volume creative work under consistent deadlines Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays PTO: 80 hours front-loaded on day 1 Short and long-term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Additional information about our Total Rewards benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
