What You'll Do Assist experienced installers with custom closet and cabinet installations Learn how to read drawings and installation plans Use hand and power tools safely Load and unload materials Maintain clean and organized jobsites Learn installation techniques, finish carpentry, and customer service skills Support the installation team in delivering high-quality work What We're Looking For Positive attitude Dependable attendance Strong work ethic Willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions Ability to lift and carry materials as required Valid driver's license preferred Experience in construction, woodworking, remodeling, manufacturing, automotive repair, landscaping, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required.
