Lead Chef [Instructor & Competitor]

Hudson Table is seeking passionate Lead Chefs to join our incredible culinary team. We’re known for hands-on cooking classes, chef competitions, and private dining events in our lively open kitchen. Your role as a Chef at Hudson Table is to lead your team and guests through the execution of classes and/or events in a fun, immersive and organized way. You will teach Hudson Table’s preexisting hands-on classes as well as lead your Kitchen Assistants in the execution of chef competitions, catered events, chef's tables. You will have the unique opportunity to develop and prepare your own menus for on and off-site catering, or plated multi-course dining experiences live in front of our guests. What You’ll Do: Lead chef competitions, cooking classes (all ages), and private catered events Teach existing menus and design creative new ones Mentor Kitchen Assistants and guide smooth event flow Interact with guests in a fun, engaging way What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of industry experience (culinary degree a plus) Catering or teaching experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Must be available nights and weekends (minimum 2 shifts per week) Competition and performance bonuses Employee discounts + flexible schedule Join a thriving, creative culinary team If you’re a chef who thrives on creativity, teaching, and guest interaction, we’d love to have you on the #J-18808-Ljbffr Hudson Table
