What You’ll Do Lead and grow a high-quality adult day program focused on health, wellness, and meaningful engagement Supervise, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of staff and volunteers Partner with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care Ensure excellence through strong program oversight, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement Drive community outreach, enrollment, and program expansion Manage budgets, track outcomes, and share program impact with stakeholders Why This Role Matters You’ll play a critical role in supporting older adults—especially those living with cognitive or physical challenges—while giving caregivers the peace of mind and support they need.
